Fall Session Timeline
Want to ensure your family photo session is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible? Planning ahead is key!
If you're looking to get those holiday cards out on time, scheduling your session early is the way to go. The sooner you book, the smoother everything will be, from designing to printing and mailing your cards.
Timing is Everything
After your session, it takes me 3-4 weeks to edit and create your gallery.
However, if you don’t mind a little rush at the end and truly prefer the look of fallen leaves, orange trees, and cooler temps (my gosh Nashville is ridiculously hot) then mid-October through early November are your best times.
It’s true - I can’t be trusted with the deadline on a personal level. It’s late Christmas or New Year’s cards from me. Your gallery print store also includes New Year’s cards - ez.
I’ll also be offering studio sessions with mini shoots, perfect for those who prefer an air-conditioned environment or have little ones who can only handle about 20 minutes of photo time—ha!
Gallery Store
One of the best parts? Your gallery includes your own print shop! Choose from framing, prints, calendars, and adorable double-sided ornaments, all produced by professional labs.
You’ll have plenty of options for cards, too—both flat and folded designs, with at least 30 different styles to choose from. I’ve included some examples here, but the possibilities are endless!
